From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

Set in Medellín, Hotel York Luxury Suites Medellin by Preferred offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Everything, the hotel was beautiful and an amazing view from our room. I wish we had more days as I feel we didn't use the pool and other things offered.

Very elegant and new hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. The hotel is situated in a calm, very green part of Poblado which is still very close to all the action. The groundfloor is beautifully designed and there are lots of spaces to sit down and work, read, relax. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The hotel is spacious, the location is perfect, a lot of shopping center, a lot of different places to see, the room and they are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, perfectly clean, the place is very safe, the staff is excellent, I felt that they treated me like family and In my first time I went and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Medellín
