From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

The groundfloor is beautifully designed and there are lots of spaces to sit down and work, read, relax. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The hotel is spacious, the location is perfect, a lot of shopping center, a lot of different places to see, the room and they are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, perfectly clean, the place is very safe, the staff is excellent, I felt that they treated me like family and In my first time I went and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Medellín
