I found the standard of this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The views from my room were amazing. There was a beautiful long walk along the beach, just behind the hotel, which I used most days during my 5 night stay there. The gym is well equipped with great sea views. The subway / metro is just a short walk away and it is very cheap and convenient to get anywhere in the island. The most important asset of this hotel by far, is the amazing staff who work there. They, all, really go out of their way to help in anyway they can. One member of staff is particular which would be unfair not to mention is a beautiful young lady Angel. She is incredibly polite, well mannered, patient, professional, impeccably dressed, knowledgeable and most helpful. Any advice or guidance she provided to me, was very useful and accurate. I owe her immense gratitude for making my stay there a memorable one. Thank you all the staff and Angel in particular. Manochehr

Holiday Inn Express Xiamen Airport Zone, an IHG Hotel er staðsett í Xiamen, 10 km frá Dongdu Wharf og 13 km frá Xiamen-lestarstöðinni. The staff were very helpful. We forgot the payment card in the ATM at the airport and the receptionists helped us to contact the bank and we got our card back. Also Liang Cuihua at the breakfast was very friendly to us and our son. The bed was big and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We stayed at this hotel twice and we really enjoyed it.

Had a problem with the card and the staff was really helpful. They translated everything and a member accompanied my boyfriend to the nearest atm while I was sitting eating fruit and drinking tea that the staff gave. The rooms are good with a nice view and near the airport. Would stay there again. In the morning they called a cab and made a bag of breakfast to go.
