The front desk manager and receptionist Beta are all helpful and nice to assist me in all ways.I really appreciate their hospitality.Room is clean and spacious, and breakfast is good. This is an enjoyable stay. Definitely can see the quality.

Named as one of Shenzhen's Top 10 Historical Buildings, Shenzhen Shanghai Hotel offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and wired internet. everything was great. the staff was very kind, breakfast good, location is great (it is near a mall, the metro station and a bus station which has a lot of bus lines going there), the rooms were clean with everything you need including hairdryer, toothpaste and a lot of hygune products, very safe because you could only go up in the elevator woth your key card. overall it was the best experience we have ever had since we have travelled

The staff was extremely considered and friendly. The room was perfect. Although the hotel was booked out, we had the feeling that it was not controlled. Very responsive staff.

Very nice rooms, clean. Breakfast was very rich. Location is also very good as it is very close to coco park shopping mall
