One incident i would like to share ; they had wrongly double refunded me in cash, I was not aware , they messaged me on Wechat after immigration, I refunded the back via Ali pay , not because i am honest Because the staff is fab. Set in Guangzhou and with Tianhe Stadium reachable within 11 km, Holiday Inn Guangzhou South Lake, an IHG Hotel-Free shuttle bus to Canton Fair Complex during Canton Fair Period offers concierge... The location is good and the nearest metro station is just 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety for all travelers. Free Shuttle Bus to Canton Fair complex was accessible easily from both ends (pick and drop) and most importantly, everything was as per their shuttle bus schedule. There will be no problem for travelers who do not know Chinese well as their reception desk knows moderate English and they were helpful.

The stay was beautiful. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. The restaurant has distinctive dishes for everyone. Behind the hotel is a mall, 3 minutes away. The staff are very friendly. and I would like to tanks MSS FIONA YANG N for helping me when my flight reservation was cancelled, and directing me to the correct direction and solving the problem.
