Fantastic little gem of a hotel, which definitely feels more like a bed & breakfast, because you feel right at home there. It's a former private house turned into a hotel, and feels very cozy and homey. Location is perfect to explore the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaiso (Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion, it's right between the two) and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. But what really made a difference for me was Marcelo, the owner, who was super friendly and gave us great tips. That, plus the delicious made-to-order breakfast, which made a big difference vs. a traditional hotel! Would 100% recommend this beautiful place for anyone wanting to explore the city. Located in an 1870 mansion with European-influenced architecture, the Gran Hotel Gervasoni offers exclusive accommodation and panoramic views of Valparaiso bay. This is a beautiful historic home well maintained and charming. It is centrally located on the most main Cerro of interest in this lovely city. The decorations and general feel is understated so you can feel very comfortable to wander about and enjoy the place and surroundings - great setting inside and with great views to the ocean. The staff are amazing and so very helpful - many thanks to Claudia and Damien for all their help.

This city and this hotel were so great we decided to stay an extra night. Pazzhotel is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed in. The house has been meticulously restored and filled with original art and unique antiques. We had a great view of the ocean from our room, and the rooftop bar/lounge area was a great place to relax or plan our day. The best though is the staff; Constanza is very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She has the best recommendations for where to eat and drink nearby - we went everywhere she told us to and all of them were fantastic.

My room was very big, bed very comfortable, , the bathroom was shared but always clean and tidy. Nice breakfast served on the Beautiful terrace. Coffee was good!!! Perfect location!
