The staff were friendly and helpful, with special commendation to Ettien, who efficiently help us with a billing problem. Excellent service!

Situated in an historical building on a quiet street, the intimate 4-star Zerohotel breathes the authentic spirit of Valparaiso. It boasts a terrace with loungers overlooking the Pacific Ocean. So beautiful ! Very charming house ! Loved the gardens. Our room had the most amazing views of the harbour. Rosa Matt and Javier helped us so much ! Super staff. Breakfast ladies were lovely too
