I arrived early in the morning and was planning to leave my bags behind the desk and come back for my 3pm check in. But, the receptionist said my room was ready and allowed us to go ahead in as a courtesy. Usually they charge half-night rates for this kind of thing. I was really grateful and got an hour of sleep after the long flight. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The area around the hotel was safe for walking and full of restaurants as well. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of an Air BNB and the price was very competitive compared to what we received.

En general la atencion fue excelente , sobre todo me apoyaron pues mi hija tuvo un accidente y tenia dificultad para movilizarse y me facilitaron la silla de ruedas y los ambientes de la habitacion tambien estaban adecuados para ello al igual que el baño; y todo el personal muy solicito y preocupados que la esadia en su sede sea de lo mejor, y asi fue. Para mi fue una excelente experiencia. Lo recomendaria.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

O hotel é muito bom, tem uma ótima estrutura. O staffé muito receptivo e são todos muito simpáticos. Os quartos são bem grandes e o banheiro é bem bom também, conta com shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes ótimos! A comida do hotel também é um ponto alto, tudo muito gostoso. O café da manhã é bem completo.
