Yes, it’s a bit noisy at night, but I enjoyed the music. 7 min walk from the Metropolitan park and the zoo. The district is crowded at night, but I always felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, it is very private and cozy. They serve breakfast every morning. The room is pretty spacious and modern, I was offered a huge bed made of 2 single beds and a bottle of wine for free. The staff is friendly and helpful, I checked in late at night and wasn’t able to pay straightforward as I had to visit the back to exchange money, and they gave me enough time to do everything.

Staff was always available. Pool was working (but a bit dirty). Very nice smell and atmosphere inside the hotel. Nice room and comfortable bed.

I could see that owner who created this hotel wanted to do smth beautiful, comfy and for affordable price. So room is small however very cozy and u have everything you need. However it’s visible that staff is not really into work there. Lady who met me at the reception was sweet but I could see tiredness in her eyes. But still she helped me with my backpack.

Located within the Bellavista neighbourhood in Santiago, Hotel Loreto is an eco-friendly property offering private rooms with free WiFi. The property features a barbecue for guest use. The hotel staff was very accommodating! They let us store our luggage early and gave us space to freshen up after a long travel day. They gave great recommendations and arranged a large taxi for us and got us a great rate to the airport.
