The hotel is in a great position on the waterfront overlooking Brissago Island. Our room had a balcony to enjoy the view. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and especially a beautiful breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Nice to be out of town but with easy access by bus to Locarno. We would highly recommend staying at the Art Hotel and plan to go back again.

Das Casa Conti al Lago liegt direkt am Ufer des Lago Maggiore in Porto Ronco und bietet einen eigenen Zugang zum See mit einem eigenen Pier sowie einen Garten mit einer Terrasse. I really loved my stay at Casa Conti and the marvelous room, it has such a spectacular and a very close view on lake Maggiore that makes the place extra special, and the rooms has a very fine taste spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. I highly recommend this exceptionally beautiful place and the very kind and hospital Family Conti that are always very responsive and present and very caring.

Sehr schöne Lage mit grosser Terasse und nur die Strasse überqueren und man kann ins Wasser eintauchen. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Was die Vermieter betrifft, so etwas von sympathisch - Nadia & Ivano einfach tolle Menschen.

Die Residenza Bettina BnB & Ferienwohnungen mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Brissago-Inseln empfängt Sie in Ronco sopra Ascona, 100 m vom Hafen entfernt. We arrived by train. We took a taxi and it cost 45 SWF to get there. Once we figured out the buses, we took the buses for the rest of our stay and back to the train station with our luggage. It was so easy and we should have done it upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful. It was hot there so we were glad there was an air conditioning unit. The apartment is on a hill so you have a gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We arrived early for our reservation and they gave us a place to change into our swimsuits so we could get out on the lake. They have two free paddle boards and kayaks to use. We enjoyed our stay. Within 10 minutes walk there is a nice free, public “beach”(no sand) . It’s more of a grassy area with lounge chairs, a restaurant /bar and an area to swim. It’s a rocky when getting in the water so bring water shoes. We spent a day there and it was so relaxing.
