I was made very comfortable. The staff was lovely, the room very comfortable and the location worked very well for me. My daughter and family recently relocated to Geneva and this made a long holiday visit very comfortable for everyone. Everything was easy walk or bus ride away within the city.

I booked the basic single room with shared bathroom and when I arrived I found I had been given a larger twin room with its own shower and wash basin PLUS a private balcony! Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a three night stay. The toilet was shared amongst the handful of rooms on the floor but was kept very clean and tidy. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a great home away from home and very child friendly. The inner courtyard was a peaceful place for our daughter to play. The small kitchen was helpful since we couldn't afford to eat out for every meal.
