The staff were amazing and so helpful. The location was perfect. The rooms and breakfast were simply the best.

Bacchus, a luxurious lounge and restaurant, is located on site. מרום עם רמת שירות שלא רואים בכל מקום. כל בקשה התמלאה תוך 5 דקות. צוות אדיב ושירותי. הגענו 4 נפשות והחדר שהזמנו היה סבבה לגמרי אבל הרגיש לנו שהמחאות קצת קטנות אז שאלנו אם יש חדר עם מיטות גדולות יותר. שדרגו אותנו לחדר אחר ו כששאלנו כמה נצטרך להוסיף השיבו שבחינם. לא מובן מאליו כלל. החדר האחר היה כמעט פי שתיים בגודל (סוג אחר של חדרים יקר יותר)

The bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size. Had breakfast twice during our stay which was scrumptious and presented beautifully. We made use of the pool and sauna a couple of times, and I used the gym each day for stretching and there were yoga mats to use. The hotel even had complimentary electric bikes which we used one morning!
