The whole entire staff instantly felt like family to us. We most definitely felt like we were among our our friends and family. We were greeted by a warm welcome from Imani, however, our whole encounter with every staff member was exceptional!

Located in downtown Toronto, this hotel boasts a modern fitness centre. The Toronto Eaton Centre is 140 metres away. All rooms are non-smoking. We booked a king suite and it was excellent. Large kitchen/dining/living room, plus a large bedroom and decent sized bathroom. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned and you have to ask for kitchen utensils, including kettle and cups, which is unusual, but worked perfectly well for us and when we asked for a room cleaned it was completed as requested to a high standard.
