Staff is friendly and offer good service. The building is not tall but has a good view of the surroundings. The room is nicely designed and decorated, spotless clean and the bed comfort is AAA+. Good speed and stability on the Wi-Fi connection.

Situated in downtown Toronto, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Downtown features a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. My daughter was on crutches and they did whatever they could to help. The morning after our stay, my car was TOWED from Jarvis St (my fault) and they were very sympathetic and helpful in resolving this with me- finding locations and phone numbers faster than I could.

Located in downtown Toronto, this boutique hotel is next to the Wellesley Subway Station. It is recently renovated and features free WiFi access. Just across wellesley ttc subway. so many people i feel safe when im surrounded with crowd specially at night. easy check in, there is no front desk but they are available 24/7 when you need them just give them a call/text. but at the time we were ok everything works well. i love their rain fall shower. i love the bed. the room is small but thats all you need a washroom a bed after a long day of exploring the city, so much to see such a beautiful place we are in gay village so we feel so much at home. so many delicious restaurants nearby. subway bus other transportion is so easy to use specially when you have presto card. I love sonder if you dont mind a little noise this is perfect for you and your partner. this place is perfect for us. when i have some questions they reply so quickly.

Both Yonge-Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre are within 5 minutes' walk. - Margie was very friendly and quickly responded to my questions and needs. - The place was very well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. - The room was very cozy and comfortable, giving as feeling like home. - Many useful facilities and amenities were fully ready to use. - Location was perfect to get anywhere not only in downtown but also further away, we were easily able to grab Lyft. - Check-in and -out was contactless and very easy instructions to follow.
