The staff were some of the most friendly and professional I have ever met. They were helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate a tricky situation in the early hours of the morning.

This uptown Toronto hotel offers easy access to major highways, direct indoor access to the subway and shopping mall, and great modern amenities for the contemporary traveller. Excellent location, used the metro often, beautiful hotel in a quiet area, good spacious and full of light room, good breakfast.

I booked this room for my niece in Toronto. The review is what she has told me. She had to find a place for four nights before she moved to her permanent place. I searched on Booking.com and found this room good value for money and with facilities my niece needed. Good wifi clean rooms complimentary chocolates, toiletries, water, coffee, sugar. The room had its own toilet and sink. Kitchen and bathroom and laundry facilities were shared and very clean. The host was very attentive, professional, helpful and quick in responding to queries. Close to shops. The area was very peaceful and safe. Everyone was friendly.
