Located in the financial and commercial center of São Paulo, just 1 block from Avenida Paulista, between two subway stations Brigadeiro and Paraiso, 150 meters from SESC Paulista and Itaú Cultural,... breakfast was very generous and staff was very helpful during all our stay.

The hotel is very well located, simple but clean, good staff, nice room and shower, good TV, good Air Conditioning. Everything works just fine. Ir is an old building, not fancy, but clean and a real bang for the buck!

All staffs here were the most friendly and kind my experience in Brazil for my 2 months travel. Good location a supermarket is in front of hotel and SUKIYA locates 3 houses away. This is very dangerous for Japanese. Good hot shower and equipped all amenities needed. No word for complaining.

Hotel Residenza - 400m do inicio da Av Paulista e Metrô Paraiso ligger bara 100 meter från Avenida Paulista och erbjuder gratis Wi-Fi, en daglig frukostbuffé och ett gemensamt TV-rum. Breakfast was really great, something a bit different everyday, Wi-Fi was perfect and never dropped once in the whole two weeks I was there was able to have back to back video meetings sharing screen and videos etc. Rooms nice and clean, good location close to metro, shops and restaurants, fridge and desk in the room and new AC, awesome place to stay if you working!
