We chose SPA Hotel Infinity Park because we wanted a relaxing experience, something different from our usual holidays where we go somewhere and we "run" about visiting various attractions. The fact that Infinity Park is rated 5 stars and it had great reviews made our choice easier. We got everything we wanted and more! The hotel looks great and modern. The room was surprisingly big, with an adequate balcony, beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and in excellent condition. Seriously, everything one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. The food! oh my God, the food! We had breakfast and dinner in our package and each meal was exceptional! A plethora of options, enough to satisfy even a hardened critic, like my wife :) We also had luch and the a la carte menu was also varied and the food was delicious. One thing that was particularly impressive was that deserts had a home-made taste to them! The spa services are varied also, lots of saunas, jacuzzies, pools, they can be viewed in the pictures. What is important is that they are very well maintained and very, very clean. We each enjoyed a massage service and we were both extremely satisfied! We will definitely return here and I am especially thrilled to experience this place during the winter :)

SPA Hotel Elbrus este situat într-o zonă liniștită din localitatea Velingrad și pune la dispoziție piscine interioare și în aer liber cu apă termală și un restaurant în stilul Munților Rodopi. Totul mi-a plăcut, cazarea,mâncarea și toate facilitățile de la hotel.

Park Hotel & Spa Maxi este situat în Velingrad, în mijlocul unui parc cu pini, pe un deal. We loved their spa facilities and their massage services. Also the view from the dining hall was beautiful and the cuisine was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the live piano performance was exceptionally good!

This is a small spa hotel with very helpful staff. It is a newly constructed building of very high quality, well maintained and ensures privacy for every guest. The room was spacious and had a nice porch, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast that changes daily and the entire property is very clean. The sauna and steam were a real treat, I found it had everything I needed to properly relax. The location is on a hill above the downtown, about 10 minutes walk into town. I enjoyed the fridge by the front desk stocked with reasonable priced beverages. Definitely recommended!

All the facilities, it was super clean, the spa was very well maintained, the pitches were nicely arranged.
