Restaurants close to the facility, supermarkets also. The private parking was defibitelly a plus! Great info regarding the apartment, area, restaurants, supermarkets, activities and beaches provided by the guests. They are available for whatever info you may need!

The outside garden with great view to the pool and seaside, great facilities, clean and super communication with the owner throughout the stay. Will return here soon, for sure!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, quiet street view and a patio, Dolce Vita Penthouse is located in Sveti Vlas. I was blown away by the view from both the upper and lower balconies. It had a full kitchen with stove and oven as well as all necessary kitchenware. Both bedrooms had AC. It was just a few minute walk to Venid beach. The pool and restaurant at the complex were great. Just be aware, there are a ton of stairs between the room, pool and beach.

Located in Sveti Vlas, this air-conditioned apartment features a balcony and a garden with an outdoor pool and a terrace. The host was great and I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was always reachable and gave all the necessary instruction around the complex and the way around. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and I never had any issues with it. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach but also you're quite close to all the necessary facilities like supermarkets and local restaurants.
