We didn't get to appreciate the garden as we were out sight seeing mostly but it looked lovely. Good position for train station access. A special mention to Marie who is a great asset to the business. She also provided a lovely breakfast and was good chat too.

Situé juste en face de la gare de Gand-Saint-Pierre, l'Hôtel Castel vous permettra d'accéder facilement au centre-ville en transports en commun. great size room, actually was a suite with a separate bedroom which was perfect for a group of 4 adults, very clean, nice balcony with a view, staff was friendly and the lady let us check in a little early as the room was available upon our arrival, thank you! very convenient location to the train station(across the street) and about 20 mins walk to all the main attractions(straight road for the most part, no turns)

Fantastic, roomy, nicely renovated and decorated apartment close to the city center. Super friendly host provided very clear instructions for self-check in with additional information about transportation options, important contact numbers as well as description of the designated parking spot. The host had met us for check-in which I found very nice. The walking distance to the city center is about 2km, and we had walked there with 2 children without any problems. The apartment is very spacious (we stayed with 5 people), and has everything that you might need. I would definitely recommend it!
