Gorgeous little hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at how immaculate it was. Perfectly located and the staff we lovely. Highly recommend this little gem, perfect for a night or two.

Novotel Sydney Parramatta is located next to the Parramatta business district, 22 km west of Sydney. I was very impressed by the customer service I received by several staff especially the assistant manager Sudeep. He made our stay very welcoming. He was efficient, professional and very understanding about our situation. He gave us a smooth check in by offering us a good deal. We hope to see more people like Sudeep throughout all Novotels.
