Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River. Phenomenal hotel -- exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a superior one-room suite. It was huge, especially for center city Melbourne! (I've stayed in several hotels in Melbourne's CBD, and this room was by far the biggest and nicest.) Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very quiet. Our room had a full kitchen, in-room laundry (very convenient!), living room, large balcony (complete with a table for dining and sufficiently big for a morning workout), large bedroom with a comfy bed, and large bathroom. Staff were really accommodating (willing to let us store our stuff for multiple days while we were hiking). Included breakfast was very nice and efficient, complete with a DIY avo smash bar. Didn't have time to visit the gym (or the sauna / spa) since it didn't open until 6:30 am and we need to leave early, but I expect it's nice given how nice the rest of the hotel is! The location couldn't be better either. SMACK in the center of the whole city. Highly accessible to all major sites, lots of public transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It's going to be my future #1 choice for my return trips to the city!

Amazing hotel, pool, staff, breakfast and views. We loved it! Arrived late at night, got a complimentary champagne. They had also left wine and chocolates in the room to welcome us back to Melbourne which was so nice and very appreciated. There was a little mix up with room payment as we extended out stay, but a member of staff came to the room and apologized and gave us a prosecco and chocolate, which was very much appreciated too. Luxury feeling at this hotel, without the prices being to high, Good value!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. They help with everything including suggestions and help getting around. The pool is warm but so much fun. Amenities everything you want and need in a close proximity.

Rising above Melbourne’s vibrant Southbank precinct, Crown Towers offers spacious luxury rooms with views of the city or Port Phillip Bay. Each room features original artworks and marble bathrooms. Very luxurious standard of hotel. We stayed in sofitel in the city and it wad nothing compared to crown. Location wise its good. You can walk and use free tram. Close to dfo. Many restaurants around. And its good value for a suite room. We ended up upgrading our room to an executive suite because it was good. Will definitely come back!

Perfect location on lively Southbank but still a short stroll to the CBD, where we spent most of our time. The room was very clean and so was the pool area. In-room amenities were exceptional, in line with the 5-star rating. The room was nice and large even though we got one of the cheapest rooms. The bed comfy, and the temperature-control panel, quite precise. I think this is the perfect hotel to experience Melbourne from - highly recommended!
