What sets this hotel apart from other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at in Australia and elsewhere is their exceptional customer service. All delivered in a friendly, helpful way without being stuffy or obsequious. The hotel seems fairly new. It’s very modern in its design and is immaculate. We had a Deluxe King room, which was spacious, comfortable for a 6-night stay, and very well-designed. Two examples of how well thought out the guest rooms are: 1) blackout shades completely block out light because they sit in a metal frame; 2) besides a desk, closet and other cabinetry, rooms have a long, built-in bench that holds two open roller bags plus hang luggage. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine. (As an American, I was quite surprised that most of the other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at during our trip to Australia only had instant coffee in the room.) We would absolutely stay here again if we were in Melbourne.

Immersed in the city’s culture and lifestyle, Rydges Melbourne is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. I loved this Hotel, room was nice, staff was cool. You can do everything online (check-in, check-out etc). I like the approach of the sustainability (can earn redeemable credit). Very satisfying.

The "à la carte breakfast" is delicious, and so was dinner at the restaurant. Great gym spa and i crédible swimming pool with a view!

Located in Melbourne's CBD, on the corner of Flinders Lane and Spencer Street, this hotel offers a garden terrace and a fitness centre. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Melbourne. I rate it 11 out of 10 and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Melbourne. The staff are amazing, the ambience and facilities outstanding and the breakfast is delicious.

Pretty much everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, it was just a lovely stay. Location was good too.

Melbourne'de Marvel Stadyumu'na 1,2 km mesafede yer alan Nesuto Docklands fitness merkezi ve özel otopark ile konaklama imkanı sunmaktadır. Modern, clean, spacious. The distance to central Melbourne was further than expected, but that was easily resolved with the free inner city trams. Would happily stay here again.

The staff were professional, friendly, and lovely to deal with. The room was fantastic and clean and tidy. The view from my room was awesome, as I had the room on the 23rd floor. The breakfast was very nice, heaps of options and the staff were very helpful always.
