Key collection was easy, and we were given instructions for collection a day before arrival. The location is very quiet, close to the U-bahn, close to a public garden which is very nice for children to play on the playgrounds. On weekends, parking on the street is free. We parked in the P+R Spittelau, which is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Apartment was OK, for 4 people enough place, a little narow bathroom and kitchen, but if you are not to picky, it is great. For the price and location, it is good choice.
