Zuzanna met us when we arrived, show all nesessary in the appartments and sent a lot of usefull information about places nearby. Also it was very nice to find small compliments in the form of chocolate and coffee.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Keys were in lock box. Because our the plane was delayed and we came late night (2 am), it was convenient to pick keys any time.

The location is very quiet, close to the U-bahn, close to a public garden which is very nice for children to play on the playgrounds. On weekends, parking on the street is free. We parked in the P+R Spittelau, which is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Apartment was OK, for 4 people enough place, a little narow bathroom and kitchen, but if you are not to picky, it is great. For the price and location, it is good choice.
