The apartment was great: very large rooms, comfortable bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen. Also the bathroom was very clean and the shower very big. very silent apartment

The place is quite. Nearby tram station and U-Bahn. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for living here and with bath. We like it so much! Hostess is very friendly. Zuzanna met us when we arrived, show all nesessary in the appartments and sent a lot of usefull information about places nearby. Also it was very nice to find small compliments in the form of chocolate and coffee.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Keys were in lock box. Because our the plane was delayed and we came late night (2 am), it was convenient to pick keys any time.

Renovated Studio - 10 min to Center is situated in the 18. Währing district of Vienna, 3.4 km from Vienna City Hall, 3.5 km from Vienna Volksgarten and 3.7 km from Hofburg. Key collection was easy, and we were given instructions for collection a day before arrival. The location is very quiet, close to the U-bahn, close to a public garden which is very nice for children to play on the playgrounds. On weekends, parking on the street is free. We parked in the P+R Spittelau, which is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Apartment was OK, for 4 people enough place, a little narow bathroom and kitchen, but if you are not to picky, it is great. For the price and location, it is good choice.

Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!
