Staff were very helpful, property was exactly as described, really clean hotel, very close to metro station, lots of eating places nearby, could use trams and metro to go see Vienna and to go back to the train station. They have a coffee shop open 24 hrs for you to have coffees, drinks and desserts which we had twice and the standard and price was very reasonable.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was new and it included everything needed for a comfortable stay.
