Front desk lady was lovely and kind and accommodating. Room was very good too. Excellent value for an expensive area.

They provide me 2 beds for my children, so they whole family of 4 persons stay together, which is cheaper instead of hiring 2 bedrooms.

We spent wonderful days in Vienna, in beautiful apartments. Everything is very good and the location (for us it was generally fabulous, next to the Philharmonic), and amenities, everything is clean and tidy. The only trouble was that the light in the first room was not on. But that didn't spoil our holiday. Thank you.
