It is a very nice, clean and comfortable small hotel. Breakfast is very good, diverse and very nicely arranged. Parking in front of hotel. It is very quiet. All together, more then we expected.

I already stayed at Kaiserreich I last year and was lucky enough to have Kaiserreich II available this year. Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

The apartment was great, from the location, size, cleanliness, everything. The host was very warm and welcoming, they turned on the heating before we came, and left us a bottle of juice and wine on the table as a gift. The rooms are big and comfortable, the apartment has two terraces and a big living room. We loved it so much that we stayed in the first night and didn't go to advent. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are coming to Graz with your car.

Το Apartment "Maria Theresia" είναι στο Γκρατς και απέχει μόλις 2,3 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Καθεδρικός Ναός & Μαυσωλείο. Very nice place close to Graz Medical University and hospital. Communication with the town center is very good but it isn't far to be honest (around 20 min walk). The place od steril clean and it was fully preapred to our stay with one year old doughter. We realy felt like in home.

The room was quite larger with maximum for 6 persons, and clean. The kitchen equipments were complete. The heater was working well. The bathroom was large and the toilet was comfortable.
