The nicest and most helpful staff. They answered all our questions, held our luggage while we did a short trip out of town, and provided many full size breakfast options. Would 100% return.

I cannot find the words to describe the service and friendliness of the owner and the staff. You just have to ask and they are ready to provide even before you complete your request. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Place does not have a big lobby or a bar or cofe shop but it has around the clock food to snack or eat like tea,coffe and sandwiches etc. Owner is super friendly and large hearted. It is truly a boutique hotel

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. Excellent breakfast with choice of options. Very spacious rooms with extra amenities like a bar fridge, small sink and kettle. International plugs and usb charging stations. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The rooftop pool and sauna were a bonus! Hotel restaurant great for a light meal, great service there too

Everything exceeded our expectations!!! The quality of service was outstanding, quality of breakfast was outstanding . Our room was 301, which cake right the most beautiful spa bath tub . The mattress was amazing , with different pillows both soft and hard to choose from . The sheets were super soft and not starchy . My sister stayed in room 102 And that one had a walk in shower which as still nice but the Lux experience we had was outstanding but we paid a little more . The staff was so extremely helpful with everything . Superb boutique hotel a block away from everything

It's a cafe, bar, hotel with great jazz music on the Friday night I stayed there. Place is not fancy but clean, comfortable and great value for money. The lady who checked me in was great. Booking again at this place when I'm back in BA next week.
