He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
