Welcome to our cosmopolitan Howard Johnson Plaza Florida Street hotel near Plaza San Martin in the heart of Buenos Aires. Location, walk out the door onto the pedestrian-only Florida Street. Taxis and transfer vans stop at end of street but its a very short walk to hotel door. Hotel doormen super helpful. Younger front desk staff seemed more friendly and helpful than the older ones, not sure why, perhaps a racist thing, they may have thought we were English.

Great location on Florida Street, but also quiet in the back of the building. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again!
