They contacted you a few days before in order to arange a taxi from the airport, the exchange money for a decent rate, they can book hop on hop off busses etc. They even helped me retrieve money for a cancelled flight, where I could only get my money back with an argentinian back account so they gave me theirs. The hotel itself was in a good location near a lot of atractions, the rooms where and the breakfast was also good.

Great welcome and lovely service. They provide a lovely glass of sparkling wine to all guests in the evenings which is a fantastic and welcomed touch. Breakfast was awesome - probably the best we had in a hotel in Argentina. Room modern and well laid out and they have a beautiful small pool on the top floor to relax by when the sun is out. Can not fault it really.

Very professional staff, great value for money. I had an issue and they sorted it out immediately. Great location, strongly advised. Very helpful staff.

Set in the upscale Recoleta neighbourhood, Algodon Mansion offers chic rooms with free Wi-Fi and complimentary wine. The hotel is in the nicest part of Buenos Aires. The building is beautiful and the rooms stunning. Exceptionally large supremely comfortable bed and an extremely large room and bathroom. We could not have been more comfortable but what makes this lovely boutique hotel so wonderful is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Loved the wines from the Algodon vineyard too and all the lovely snacks!
