Raffles Dubai yang diilhamkan daripada piramid besar di Mesir merupakan mercu tanda yang menakjubkan di latar langit Dubai. everything was amazing, upon arrival they informed us that they had upgrade our room to a suite,which made our first stay in Dubai even more memorable. The suite was very spacious and the bed incredible comfortable. The whole stuff went far and beyond to make us feel that although in holidays, we were like living in our home. We had dinner in Tomo, the Japanese restaurant at the top floor. The views were amazing, the waiters very attentive and friendly, but the true star was the food! The best Japanese food we ever had. Dubai is a wonderful destination, loved the city and the people there, but above all we loved our stay in Raffles Dubai!!!

The staff are wonderful, Suraj is an amazing team leader with great manners and super professional. You can easily get in love with every detail in hyatt regency creek heights. The lounge is another level of fun and wonderful service. Gym, spa and pool are 10/10. A MUST visit hotel as I consider it my regular hotel in Dubai from now on.
