My stay was perfect, one of the best stays of my life. The customer service was exceptional, especially for Ram and Jackson at the infinity pool.

The service is beyond expectations. Behavior and attitude of the staffs all around the property is superb, so helpful and respectful. It was the first time for me that someone had called from the hotel a day prior to my stay to check any requests or need. Also a late check out was a bless for me as my flight was at 11pm.

Food, facilities and the staff were incredible. Location is great too, very central if it is your first time and you want to explore different areas of the city.

Very clean (they clean the room twice a day). Very friendly employee, wide room and splendid view, great breakfast, easy acces to the mall.
