The service is beyond expectations. Behavior and attitude of the staffs all around the property is superb, so helpful and respectful. It was the first time for me that someone had called from the hotel a day prior to my stay to check any requests or need. Also a late check out was a bless for me as my flight was at 11pm.

Palace Downtown har til huse i et traditionelt palæ med udsigt til springvandet i Dubai og søen omkring Burj Khalifa. Der tilbydes arabisk spa samt fitnesscenter med personlig træner. Virkelig dejligt hotel, som ligger meget centralt til Dubai Mall. Personalet var altid høflige og meget imødekommende - især Osama var en rigtig skøn herre, som hjalp os.

Food, facilities and the staff were incredible. Location is great too, very central if it is your first time and you want to explore different areas of the city.
