The breakfast was excellent, apart from so many guests being there at the same time. I was appalled at how some guests treated the the staff. They were rude and the staff were so AMAZING. Some people left their tables like animals had crawled across it, so disgusting!! The staff EVERYWHERE in this hotel are all amazing. Loved the pool on the 64th floor, it was beautiful. Didnt want to leave. The room was fantastic ,comfortable beds. Loved the curtains also. I have nothing at all to complain about except for the rude guests there who think they are so entitled. Will recommend to my friends to say here. Thankyou for a fantastic 4 night stay.
