The property is really well located. In two minutes you can be in the citadel. There are a lot of cafes near by. The hotel is all new and very nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Phuong is very nice and helpful, she organised great tours for us and makes a delicious breakfast.

We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes!
