The property was in a good location only being a short walk to town. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Mia was outstanding, her English was very good and she made sure we were always comfortable and was very informative about Sapa. The Hotel was tidy, clean and our room was as we had booked with a balcony overlooking the town & lake. The breakfast was nice with a reasonable buffet selection & a small menu that you could order eggs & pancakes cooked to your liking. They even made us Bahn Mi's for lunch to take with us when we were leaving, which was very thoughtful.

We were surprised it was such a small hotel when we arrived. Viet the hotel manager was amazing. Showed us other room combinations which had fantastic views. Viet arranged for massages in the hotel which were good.

The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
