The staff was really kind and helpful. Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was kind enough to bump our room to a more premium one. This was a very nice gesture. Location was top notch!

Room with enough space was clean. Restaurant on the top floor has nice view and results in my relax breakfast. Staffs in the reception can speak English and have enthusiasm attitude to guests. I could leave my heavy bag in front of reception when I went around Ha Noi city after check out. I came back to hotel at 2:00pm and female staff suggested me to refresh before I move to airport. Her suggestion was professional. I'll use this hotel again.

The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room for our honeymoon. We also appreciated that they packed us sandwiches and fruit since our checkout was before their breakfast time location is very central, but they have good soundproofing so you don’t hear the noises of the city, lots of shopping nearby, as well as bars about 10 minute walk away. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, nice view and you get 20% off during happy hour.
