Lovely hotel, superb value for money with the deal we had. Friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Xusniddin!). The spa service was also very good, and amazingly good value.

Very luxurious hotel with wonderful staff and excellent amenities and a very good breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful at all times. Rooms were spacious and some with nice balconies.

It is new, spotlessly clean and ten minutes on foot from the airport....but when we arrived it was not possible to give change for the payment because reception did not have change, it was not possible to issue a receipt because the electricity was down and most importantly the registration forms issued later were in part illegible because the printer wasn't working.
This was of considerable concern given the need on leaving the country, for all registration forms in theory should be submitted. to the authorities.
I suggested they get a new printer or cartridge which would solve many guests' problems..
