WE WERE VISITING WITH FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS IN WATERFORD. THEY HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MANY YEARS, AND LOVE IT. THEY ARE SENIORS, AND THERE ARE MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THEM TO DO, EVEN IN THE WINTER MONTHS. WATERFORD HAS MANY LAKES, SO A LOT OF RECREATIONAL AREAS FOR FAMILIES TO ENJOY ALSO. MANY NATURE AREAS. LOTS OF GREAT PARKS FOR THE KIDS TO ENJOY. We were very disappointed!
We were very disappointed! The hotel was dirty, it looks like renovations were done and they never finished the little details. It took at least 10 minutes to get hot water, that is not ok. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We could easily go to a "5 star hotel' and spend 200+ bucks for our "getaways" - but ever since we met him- we just feel so comfortable each time we return. The hotel did not refund my money. I had the booking for about 15 minutes, never stepped foot in the door, all was done over the phone - they got $90 for free. Congratulations, outstanding business practice. LIKED: The kid on the phone was maybe 19 but very friendly.

Rooms were very clean, bigger then a lot of standard rooms and the bathroom was a good size as well and the Jacuzzi tub was beyond expectations. A quiet relaxing hotel.
