    It was cold and wet.

It was cold and wet. We were tired, hungry, and hadn't planned the stay. The first accommodation we stopped at was so pleasant and helpful, but they had no rooms. It was surrounded by eateries. The sweet cheerful lady helped us find another place to stay. Everyone else we met seemed as blase as we were. Must have been the weather. Maybe it was hunger. We were lacking places to eat close to the hotel.

We started our day with a couple hours at the Cameron Park Zoo and ended with a tour of the Dr. Pepper Museum. Both were great values for our budget and also very interesting. Little kids probably wouldn't love the Dr. Pepper Museum, but it was toddler time at the zoo.

We are very picky when it comes to hotels, and Pivovar far exceeded our expectations! The hotel is directly next to Magnolia, so it's easy to walk there without worrying about parking. The rooms are clean and large with beautiful furnishings, and they also provide snacks and drinks in the room for a small fee ($1-$2). The complimentary breakfast is amazing, and it comes with mimosas and freshly-made kolaches. If you're staying in Waco, this is the place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Dianna at the front desk went above and beyond to answer questions and clarify directions as I-35 was under construction. However, the hotel was in an excellent location to all things Waco ( Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, downtown etc). At a different time a very professional & friendly gentleman was working the desk & helped out with linens. I can't remember his name. The beds were comfy, the room nice & clean. We would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Extremely close to work and the staff, mainly GiGi, was providing above and beyond service! She was the friendliest, most insightful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was more than willing to help me find a room even when they were full and couldn’t extend my stay. She quoted me prices and informed me that I had options. I would give the hotel 5 stars simply because of her!

The Hotel room was very ugly. Everything was old and dirty. I did not stay in this hotel. When i Checked in the credit card machine was not working and the only way to pay was cash plus $50 deposit. Once i step into the room i went back to the front lobby and request my money back. I wont recommend this hotel. Poor Quality i booked another hotel in the nearby the area
