Relaxed and friendly. Yes - you are staying in a museum!!!
Old and loved, there are numerous fabulous period features that tell their own visual history of the property. It is great to contribute to the ongoing life of the property.

We were really impressed in how really clean it was. Our room was large and we had every amenity. We didn't need to wash close, but it was really nice to know that there was a laundry facility on the property. The owner is very helpful as to the history of the location as well as good places to eat and shop close by.

Disappointing from the turn into driveway, potholes (Some Large), paving in parking lot in need of repairs (Cracks catch suitcase wheels). Entry way carpet very muddy. Multiple interactions with Desk Staff, brought not one smile, staff need training on Software on Computer System (Complained it was new and they don't like it.) Security latch on room door didn't work (Needed simple adjustment). Room was good size, but lacked amenities, like a book giving check-out time, Breakfast hours, Shuttle service hours, in general all the info one wants about the property. Cleanliness of room sub-par. General lack of maintenance, filthy windows, filthy bent window screens. Breakfast would have been better except for really cheap paper plates, cheap plastic utensils (Not all plastic utensils are cheap.) A weeks baked on batter, on one of the Waffle makers. Will not return nor recommend!
The place was clean but if you walk through the hotel you can see that they are not putting money back into the hotel the heater in our room did not work after the first night they said they would move us but i said just give us a space heater they did one of the windows in the hallway was falling a part the ceiling in the pool area was coming down. this was our 4th time in 6 years staying there don't know if I would go back BREAKFAST IS OK, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF JUST REPAIR THE PLACE
the rooms were SO clean and smelled amazing. the staff was
so friendly and very helpful. it was so nice that the hotel had a shuttle for the casino and is directly across the street. the hotel doors also lock after a certain time and require keycard access to get inside which is also very nice and gives a good sense of security. i’m very happy with our stay and enjoyed staying here far more than when we have stayed at the hotels connected to turning stone.
Our room was ok - nothing exceptional; it seemed a little outdated but it was clean, bright, good rate, etc. Location was excellent - easy access to many places/activities; breakfast was basic due to Covid restrictions but "Penny" who provided breakfast items was delightful and very accommodating; staff in general were all pleasant to deal with and overall it was a great experience - we'd recommend it if you are staying in the area.
I have stayed here multiple times as it is a halfway point between the Syracuse airport and one of our business’s in Yorkville New York. (We live in Florida). It is in a great location, very close to the famous oneida, Turning Stone Casino and Skana, their spa. I am actually heading back to New York and will be staying at this Hampton Inn again in March. Great place to stay!
When we got to the property for a reservation we have had for a couple of months, the hotel was boarded up and CLOSED. Booking.com wanted us to wait 45 minutes to find another place. It was Memorial Day weekend and luckily we found another accommodation on our own at the Hampton Inn. Very disappointed with La Quinta and Booking.com who I used for all our travel!
When I think of a continental breakfast usually they have make your own waffles maybe a breakfast meat danishes where is all you guys had was bread toast Dry Cereal hard-boiled eggs that looks like he knows when it wasn't for you being a dog friendly I would have been at the Fairfield Inn & Suites down the road
We didn't get to go I was told my reservation was cancelled then got a phone call at 11 pm asking if we were coming so my birthday plans were ruined didn't get to have fun and lost money from taking time off from work so I could go have fun only to have it ruined by la crappy hotel
The hotel was completely closed- I can not believe I am getting a survey about a place we were not able to stay at.I contacted booking and the property..both left us with out a place to stay - poor customer service and how this unacceptable
Location is right next to the Turning Stone. Great shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to Turning Stone. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice like muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, yogurt, pound cake and more!
The staff were great. The morning breakfast lady and Collin the gentleman at night were awesome..We were bunked up w 3 kids 2 adults for 2 days due to large storm and Hampton inn was very accommodating friendly and comfortable thanks
We did not eat the breakfast that was complimentary, but the room was very clean. The property is located across from the Turning Stone which is the reason for choosing this hotel and it was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!
