A small 1 street town with no specific attraction in it, but potentially a good location for people transiting through on the old 66 route or going to attractions within a few miles of it. There are a few motels and a couple of restaurants that we saw that offer basic American food.

Cool town, just a short overnight this trip.
Cool town, just a short overnight this trip. I came through on a photography workshop two years prior... Canyon Lodge was nice, but opted for Historic Rt.66 Motel this trip.
Lots to photograph here, tons of history. Buffalo burger at the Roadkill Cafe ain't too bad either, just be sure to have a Grand Canyon Pilsner chaser.

Great slice of historic Route 66 that has gotten even better since I was there last in 1999. Thanks to Angel Degadillo for his work on preserving, restoring, and promoting Seligman and other historic Route 66 towns.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly!
The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly! It was late and we had been driving for 14 hrs on our trip home to Indiana from California. It was nice to have a friendly, helpful host! Very comfy beds and pillows and and nice sized room. Very clean as well. Very affordable on a budget. It definitely changed my outlook on motels vs hotels. It was actually nicer and cleaner than a couple of the popular named hotels that we stayed at on our trip! We would definitely stay there again!

Seligman is a great place to get away and relax.
Seligman is a great place to get away and relax. The town is fantastic with many attractions for the entire family. Plenty of nice restaurants including the best pizza I've ever had, (The Pizza Joint) at the Stagecoach 66 Motel. I've been coming here for 7 years and will be returning again next year.

Seligman is 90 miles from our home taking Historic Rt 66.
Seligman is 90 miles from our home taking Historic Rt 66. We drive there often to enjoy the delicious food at Westside Lilo's Cafe. Seligman is a quaint little town with many cool attractions and lots of history.
Very 60’s/70’s style in a very small town. The room was clean with exception to some sand on the floor. Bathroom needs a little work but the shower was amazing after camping for 3 days. Black cat bar was nearly next door so I could get hammered and walk back. Felt safe here. Didn’t worry about stuff on the back of my truck. Thanks to Ravi for good communication via text message. If I needed something he was on it!!
It was cute off the beaten path. There was a pizzeria next to hotel with a bar. Delicious pizza and friendly staff. The beds were super comfortable The owners of motel owned bar and restaurant. They took us in as if we were family and we all enjoyed a fun evening of food and drinks and got a great history lesson. The price could not be beat.
I appreciated all the very thoughtful touches throughout, from the well appointed and very functional small room to the quality of the soap and the toilet paper to the plug points and USB ports on both sides of the room to the very thorough self check in instructions etc. All in all, great value if you are looking for a place to stay in Seligman.
-Warm and kind welcome at the reception
-Very nice location
-Well equipped room with everything you need - flat screen TV with Netflix, Cofee machine
-Comfy beds and AC
-Better then most 3 star hotels in USA we ever visited
-If we will travel to Seligman again in the future, we definitely visit The Aztec!
This motel is the best. Don't book anywhere else in Seligman. The owner, Seb, is amazing. He's doing the renovation himself and has done a great job. The rooms are really nice and well decorated. The small touches are so thoughtful. Seb is just a great guy. You must stay here!
The themed room was cool. The actual hotel was neat. It's an old hotel with lots of history, I'm sure, could if use updating? Absolutely, but I'm sure that would take away from the appeal of it. Maybe update it without taking away the uniqueness. But who am I?
We liked the themed route 66 rooms and that we could park right in front of our room. As our room wasn't that close to the railway we weren't bothered by the passing trains. We also appreciated the recommendations for places to eat in Seligman.
Clean place for a Night at the heart of Seligman with the Charm of the good old Days.
Bed and Towels have been Clean and Bed had good Comfort.
Wifi worked well, heater worked well. Correct priced for what it is.
Chosen for close proximity to Havasupai the night before our hike. The room had cute decorations for route 66, but was otherwise a standard motel room. 2 restaurant options for dinner nearby.
The rooms are big and clean, the hotel is charming and there are two restaurants within walking distance where one can have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Just keep in mind they may close early!
It was a very cozy and comfortable room, and met my needs for my brief stay in this quaint area of Seligman Arizona. My furry family enjoyed the stay, and were comfy in their bed too.
