Excellent friendly staff, very clean facilities, pool always stocked with towels. Blackout curtains worked correctly, making the room very dark which is important for our sleep.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the area the building is situated at was relatively quiet. The suite kitchen was very nice. Staff were polite and helpful. Stores and other businesses are near so I liked options to visit places close by during my stay. Overall, very satisfied and I will come back!

I wasn't pleased with my room.
I wasn't pleased with my room. There was a strong musty smell and there weren't any blackout curtains. There was also a lot of noise from outside so the soundproofing wasn't good. Also, the front desk woman in the morning wasn't very nice. No smile and she laughed at my request for a newspaper. Then, she kinda complained when I asked for a receipt and said i should have one in my email so I really don't need one from them.

Do not stay at the motel, I have traveled for business for 40 years and this was the worst motel I have stayed at. I have stayed in motels and found a toilet in the middle of the room or police cars around the motel due to shootings.

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was lovely. They had a large breakfast room with many choices. We had a great nights stay.

Bring back hot breakfasts and stop charging the same fee as you did or more than when you used to serve hot breakfasts. This is for all hotels who list hot breakfasts on their websites but don’t follow through including Rossford! Step up the coffee/tea bar to something I can actually use and enjoy.

We were charged a $250 fee for smoking and NO ONE was smoking in the room; I asked for proof aka photos of the residue they claimed they found and they were NOT readily available to me, I was told I had to wait for the housekeeper to come in; if there are pictures not only should they be in the GM's possession BUT they should have already been sent to me to prove their case BEFORE my money was taken out of my account.
Furthermore my room/party was split in to 2 rooms due to a water pipe bursting. I asked for my rooms to be together and they were on the opposite sides of the hall....NOT OKAY.
The room was better than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft. Nice big TV. The window had a nice big shade that was easy to adjust which I found to be much better than the curtains you find at other hotels. And the bathroom was equipped with a nice walk-in shower that included soap and shampoo dispensers. I would definitely stay there again.
I was highly impressed by the general appearance of the hotel & hotel room. The upgraded bathroom was also a plus, including the anti-fog mirror that I've only typically have seen in pricer chains. The overall rate was affordable & the staff was very friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
Loved the room. Especially loved the staff and how nice and friendly they are. You wouldn't believe how awful many hotel's front desk employees are to us as we travel for our jobs. It's disgraceful. But we really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend over and over again.

Absolutely nothing . Arrived at 705 pm not one person at front desk even called the hotel phone office door was open ask if anyone was there . At 720pm a young girl walks out of thr office . I think she was asleep in.office
The hotel is close to I-90, but I didn't notice any traffic noise. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress and sheets are high quality and we slept well.
