The beauty of Richmond, I traveled when it was very green and the forests were in full bloom. The wedding location that I attended for my friends ceremony was magnificient. Richmond was easy to walk around on foot, full of little stores and places to eat. I used uber when I needed to with zero hassle. I personally loved the dog friendly areas and parks/ wide open spaces.

Customer service at the hotel was terrible Was built twice on my credit card for the same room. Tried to discuss the problem with the manager of the hotel, but he said he was too busy busy and transferred me to someone else. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in would not recommend it.

We were only there for a day and went to a couple of museums but there's so much to see. We needed more time to cover more places. The history of this city is incredible. We highly recommend a visit if you're any type of history lover.

The best part was the free charging stations for the electric vehicles. The breakfast was mediocre and the check in process was horrible. Also they charge your cc before you ever arrive and it was not the booking rate I saved on this website and they blame that on booking.com . Additionally they accept no forms of payment other than credit card no cash. This place and room were not worth the price nor the 150.00 incidentals hold that still has not been released and I’m 2 days out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I wish I had more time to do other things, but I got a lot done in the three days I was there. I went on a few city tours, and I can't say enough good things about the food. If you get a chance I would do a discover richmond food tour. It was great learning some of the history and enjoying food.
First time to Richmond and the area right around the hotel is a mixed bag. Some decent looking areas and sketchy areas just a few blocks away. Didn't look very safe to walk around at night but luckily the hotel itself has everything you need.
Definitely fashioned for the younger crowd, there's a cool bar and lounge area in the lobby with a pool table (crooked sticks with cue tip missing), couple of video games (joystick doesn't work), and shuffleboard. Covered outdoor seating along the street.
Both people working the front desk that I talked with were very nice, bright, cheerful, and helpful. As they form the first impression of the hotel this is very important. The room was clean and comfortable albeit a little dated. I had a room with a small balcony overlooking the interior courtyard and pool. Very nice. When you travel often you can tell when things are being done well or not. My impression is that this hotel has staff that care.
This was my 3rd stay at Linden Row- it is a lovely hotel with a lot of character. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and lovely to chat with. The rooms are a good size and have very comfortable beds. Fridge in room. An added bonus is the kitty cat, Annabelle. Excellent location, right in the middle of Richmond, within walkable distance of almost everything. A lot of outdoor space to use. Quiet and beautifully decorated.
We had a spacious room with comfortable beds. It was quiet for sleeping. It was great to be able to get up and go and help ourselves to breakfast.
The breakfast included hot food like eggs, sausage, waffles and toast, and also cold options such as cereal, yoghurt and fruit.
There is ample parking some of it in the shade.
The price was affordable and good value compared to other hotels we were considering.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and would respond promptly to requests, most times. The location was central to all of downtown Richmond. The lobby had several seating areas that were conducive to visiting or eating a meal. The rainwater shower head was pleasant and hot water plentiful. The hotel is dog and family friendly.
Fantastic stay at the Hilton Short Pump. We loved the room for the size, cleanliness, and comfort. Our room was quiet. The staff were also outstanding, especially Ms. Asia! My daughter liked the pool and the keys on the app! Walking distance to restaurants and 20 min drive to downtown Richmond. Lots of shopping nearby!
The location was great, being right off of Broad St. it was easy and quick to get to downtown Richmond. There were also a large number of places to eat at nearby and if you forgot to pack something Target and Walgreens were close at hand. There was plenty of parking available and the free breakfast was good.
This is my go to hotel for work trips in Richmond, and it really is the Goldilocks of hotel: a clean, quiet, and comfortable place for everyday folks to get a good night’s sleep and keep on trucking. The best part is the beds. They have pillow top mattress covers and are SO comfortable.
Loved this hotel and LOVED Richmond. What a cool city.
The hotel is near some cool hipster(ish) stores, second hand stores and some good food. Nice walkable area.
Nice staff that all seemed happy to be there unlike some chain hotels!
Quality, good bedding & nice bathrooms.
Staff very helpful with special requests, e.g., ensuring delivered flowers were in the room prior to check-in.
Clean comfy room. Great location on downtown Richmond- within a half mile or so of many theatres, Shockoe Bottom, Cary Street shops, & good restaurants.
Staff were accommodative and pleasant. They were extremely helpful in spite of being short handed. The rooms have real furniture, and the decor is suitable to a real hotel, unlike the glass and plastic dormitory hotels now prevalent.
Breakfast was good. A little crowded but expected for a sold out hotel. I love the shower. The water was consistently hot the entire time. It was quiet which was exactly what I was looking for.
The location was nicely but simply decorated not just in our rooms but also in the shared spaces. The gym was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast offered something for every diet.
Location was the best and the rooms are large. Starbucks and fitness room located downstairs which was very convenient. Safety inside hotel is high however have to pay $25 a day to self park.
The location was great, so close to downtown and the University of Richmond. The price was one of the cheaper options in the area. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
Staff were friendly, the location was great for our needs, the room was comfortable, and the bed was great after a long day of walking downtown Richmond.
More quiet than most hotels in Richmond, comfortable beds, good pricing, rooms smell clean and sanitary, lots of stores etc close by next door to Rosies
