Propert presents well. Lobby area was first rate. Staff at desk were attentive, cordial and friendly. Shared great restaurant recommendation that was spot on.
The region has two highlights:
The Legacy Museum, that is extremely well done; and
The National Memorial for Peace and Justice (the lynching museum), that will leave a permanent impression on you
Both are in Montgomery. The are no reasons to stay in Prattville

I only booked this hotel bcuz I like a door by my car, so I don't have to haul all my things from traveling far up an elevator, but the lock on my door had been broken before it looked as though they patched it up, kinda sketchy to me, I heard something all night in my room, I believe could have been a mouse, so I didn't get much sleep, next time I will stay somewhere cheaper like motel 6 or econologe, $92. was too expensive for this place, ive stayed in better..

This was just an overnight stay , we were on the way to Panama City Beach. We would stay again to break up our travel. Great places to eat within walking distance, and the lady at the front counter was super!!

We were visiting Montgomery but Prattville is a great little town in between Montgomery and Wetumpka. It was easily accessible from the casinos. There were a lot of food places around the hotel and a few places to shop as well.

This hotel is very clean and well-appointed.
This hotel is very clean and well-appointed. It has been and still is being updated. Very nice and helpful employees. It is comparable to most other hotels in the area, but $20-$30/night cheaper. We use it as a one night stop headed south from Louisville to Destin.
One of our favorite restaurants, Longhorn, is literally less than 100 feet from the hotel's front entrance. So great to walk to a nice dinner after driving 6-7 hours.

I have never been to Prattville before, but the traffic layout was easy to navigate. The trafic on the main highways are very crowded but the sideroads much less so. I attended some training classes and did not explore much. I did enjoy a shopping trip to Bass Pro Shop and eating at Jim N' Nicks BBQ.
Breakfast was fine for something quick. There were a few hot items, eggs, sausage, biscuits. Eggs were pre-made but better than most hotels. Location for our purpose was excellent. Restaurants within walking distance. Seemed like a good and safe area. No pets or smoking which for us is a plus. Some people might not like that. Older hotel but they have remodeled well. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.
I previously stayed at numerous Days Inn at various locations. I was never really impressed with the brand. This location exceeded my expectations. The room was very large. Hotel was very clean. The front desk attendant Daniel was very nice, professional and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed.
Nothing. Cash deposit was required when I arrived. I purchased hotel online and spoke with the desk clerk who never mentioned the upfront cash deposit... I never carry cash so after arriving with my things to meet my friend I had to leave and find an ATM. Horrible service
The location was a reasonable distance from my job. Breakfast nook is a nice touch. There isn't much else that I liked at this hotel. I had problems from the moment I arrived. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also, Booking.com needs it address my refund.
The hotel was very clean and in a great location as far as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was exceptional. The guy receptionist was a character, I enjoyed him. The view in the mornings was great. I had a great weekend.
I loved this hotel! It was very clean, friendly staff, modern decor, bright and happy, and the patio always had a group of people on it laughing and having fun. It was a great place to stay. I highly recommend
I hated booking.com. I arrived and tried to cancel 1 night 48 hours ahead. They wouldn't cancel and they overcharged me. The hotel could do nothing. They were great. I will NEVER use booking.com again!
