Breakfast was disappointing. The mattress was uncomfortable, and we were "upgraded" to a better room with a view. The view was obstructed by bushes so there was no view.

The managers made the stay much better.
The managers made the stay much better. No soap in the bathroom the hotel was totally out of it but a manager snuck me a bar. The hotel policy is not to clean the room unless you request it during your stay. The toilet was plugged up and the maintenance guy asked if I wanted to unplug it myself. I feel sorry for the managers since they’re facing a lack of workers just like everybody else.LouisUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Manor Hill.
My daughter had her wedding and reception at Manor Hill. The overview is completely amazing. This was a short ride from the hotel. Shuttle service wasn't available which was disappointing, not only to me but to many of her friends attending. Many hotels I've stayed at have shuttles running to and from the airport which would have helped tremendously. The hotel recommended a gentleman who was way overpriced. I'd very much enjoy the hotel changing this and become more people-oriented, as this is a Hilton.

Hotel/motel prices in Denver are rather high; this facility was half the price of others close to these venues. Access to the property was a relatively easy on/off of Santa Fe Drive, which is an exceedingly busy thoroughfare. Amazingly, room noise was minimal given proximity to Santa Fe Drive.
