Breakfast was disappointing. The mattress was uncomfortable, and we were "upgraded" to a better room with a view. The view was obstructed by bushes so there was no view.

The hotel was an easy, convenient, and cheap location close to the mountains, which is what we wanted to do for the weekend. It was great they accepted dogs.
Safe, suburban area. We drove each day into the city but there are a few things to do in Littleton. Plenty of food options with local breweries and coffee shops. We liked Homegrown Tap and Dough and Just Love Coffee which were right next to our hotel.

The managers made the stay much better.
The managers made the stay much better.
No soap in the bathroom the hotel was totally out of it but a manager snuck me a bar.
The hotel policy is not to clean the room unless you request it during your stay.
The toilet was plugged up and the maintenance guy asked if I wanted to unplug it myself.
I feel sorry for the managers since they’re facing a lack of workers just like everybody else.

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Manor Hill.
My daughter had her wedding and reception at Manor Hill. The overview is completely amazing. This was a short ride from the hotel. Shuttle service wasn't available which was disappointing, not only to me but to many of her friends attending.
Many hotels I've stayed at have shuttles running to and from the airport which would have helped tremendously. The hotel recommended a gentleman who was way overpriced. I'd very much enjoy the hotel changing this and become more people-oriented, as this is a Hilton.
The property was very close to downtown Littleton and the Denver Botanical Gardens at Chatfield Reservoir. Hotel/motel prices in Denver are rather high; this facility was half the price of others close to these venues. Access to the property was a relatively easy on/off of Santa Fe Drive, which is an exceedingly busy thoroughfare. Amazingly, room noise was minimal given proximity to Santa Fe Drive. Staff was relatively friendly and helpful.
Front desk staff upon check in was great. When asked about a Mail Drop the 2nd day, the young woman had no idea what I was talking about, had never heard of it. We checked in on April 5, 3024 to the Littleton CO location. The going woman on front desk duty was professional and helpful. The same position and characteristics was not true on the subsequent 4 days we were there. The breakfast hostess during our visit was friendly, on the ball!
I requested to change my reservation out one week. The property totally ignored my request and charged the full charges as though I was there. They never even responded to my request at all, not even with a "no". This is a nice hotel and we have stayed there before. But with how they refused to even try to accommodate our change of plans or simply COMMUNICATE, I am very disappointed.
Absolutely nothing. I booked 2 months in advance and paid. Drove 10 hours to the hotel got there and said I had to pay again for the room even though I showed proof that I already paid on the app and bank statement… then charged me an extra $134 2 days after I left the property and couldn’t tell me why or refund me.
We had a very nice stay. It was very clean and nicely located for us in the Littleton area. Staff was very polite and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend too my friends. Also the noise level was much lower that I thought it would be sitting next to Santa Fe.
The front desk lady, Jasmine, was an angel in disguise! She ran the whole show!! Cooked the breakfast, too! This hotel would be lost without her....she definitely needs an increase in pay!!
The location was really nice, and the workers are very friendly. I really enjoyed going to the old town in Littleton, which is not very far to walk to.
