The property looks very beautiful with all of the plants and greenery. The bed and pillowed were very comfortable and soft. They also have a complimentary breakfast, small but delicious I had a cinnamon roll with a yogurt and banana. They also have multiples flavors of coffee and hot chocolate. Really enjoyed it and held me over for an early lunch.

The location was great.
The views and close walk to the beach was lovely. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Not very sound proof and housekeeping wasn’t on par for the price that you pay.
Breakfast and drink were very yummy even though we did not get our welcome drink.

We paid an upgraded price for a balcony room right on the ocean. We were given a balcony with a rooftop and peak a boo view of the ocean.
Our television only had one station
$45 charge for valet parking and they left my car unlocked in the alley most of the night.
I will not use Booking.com or recommend or go to this hotel ever again.

We enjoyed the laid back welcoming energy of the locals as well as other travelers.
Spring time was a better time for us to visit, seemed to be less busy!
We were impressed by the cleanliness' of the streets, parks and beaches as well as appreciated the free local trolley bus that took us back n forth between the south and north areas of Laguna Beach.
So many beautiful things to take in but overall we felt safe and relaxed which gave us a wonderful experience.
We will return to experience everything that we didn't have the time to!

Crowded on weekends, but one of the nicest beaches in the world. The town is being over-run with tourists and the arty vibe is suffering from this. We found the restaurants middling and very expensive. Really recommend visiting off season or during the week.

Felt very safe and there were so many interesting art galleries and eateries in town. Many people had to queue for at least half hour at Gelato Paradiso for the ice cream. We were lucky as there was no queue around 7pm.
We were travelling to Laguna Beach from Bannings. OMG, we were caught in many toll roads. Couldn't pay online as the system didn;t accept rental cars. Set your maps to non-toll roads if you want to avoid these.

We love Laguna beach’s which are stunning n the downtown is very nice with many restaurants n shops. We had breakfast at Moulins a French place which is excellent. We have frequented Laguna beach several times as we love it here. Many beautiful beaches. Heisler park is a very nice Park overlooking the water n have steps down to the coves. Laguna beach also has a free trolley which goes up the coast up to Dana point and into town. Great place!

A fun little beach town with so much to see and do!
A fun little beach town with so much to see and do! I only had one night there, but would love to go back. It's very walkable with lots of restaurants, shops and art galleries. The coast is diverse with plenty of sandy beaches and many rocky areas with tide pools as well.
This was the most affordable accommodations available near the ocean in Laguna Beach. Not fancy, but clean and exactly what we needed. You must get a room facing the ocean, or it will feel like a drab apartment complex. Five minute walk to beach. Free trolley comes by the hotel. Proprietor, Sal, was very kind and helpful. Good Starbucks coffee in the rooms and Sal is happy to give you as much as you need. They have a gas fireplace lounge area, but only allowed to enjoy a fire from 8-10pm and we were always away from the property at that time.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for four nights! The hotel was absolutely wonderful! I can't describe the feeling of seeing the sea from the suite windows and descending the stairs to the beach at sunset! The suite was beautiful, well equipped, spacious and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was good! But above all, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you!
Our room was wonderful, really spacious with a huge bed and an outdoor terrace. We were close to the pool, which was really handy and perfect for a quick dip. There is a wine happy hour, where you can get a free glass of wine to enjoy in your room or by the pool and freshly baked cookies also served in the evening. You can walk everywhere from the hotel, it is very conveniently located.
Perfectly located boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious with lovely kitchenette’s and large fridge/freezer, the staff are incredibly helpful, free parking and across the road from a gorgeous beach. We loved that the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas as well as throws for chilly spring evenings spent outside on the outdoor seating in front of our room. We will be back!
The hotel was charming, very comfortable, and location ideal. The person who checked us in at the front desk was delightful and everything was ready for us. We arrived just in time for sunset and were easily able to dash down the adjacent steps to the beach. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Landscaping on the property is lush and gorgeous.
I love how inviting and comfortable that it is.
It is a vintage, retro hotel with a surfer vibe that reminds me of the early days of Laguna Beach.
My room had wonderful views of the beach and was very comfortable to stay in. I loved the hospitality of the staff and how nice the room was to stay in.
Not going to get a better location for Laguna Beach. I’ve stayed right on the ocean before and it can be a little nerve-racking with the crashing waves, but being just one house away from it made all the difference. Beautiful views and steps to the beach. Fantastic.
the view was on the water. Hotel rooms need upgrading. cracks and mold. Had to slam front door to shut closed. The price was too high for the room we were given. I appreciated the kindness and efforts made by Manny and Victoria at the Front Desk.
Having Beach chairs/ umbrella available in the room and Netflix are just icing on the cake to such a beautiful hotel and perfect location. This as been a favorite of mine even before they renovated but the renovations made it even more enjoyable!
Right on the ocean! Beautiful views and nice kept property with murals painted in hallways. The room was clean, bed was comfy, very nice. The staff was wonderful! Close to everything and the trolley stops right at the hotel. Fabulous stay!
The hotel is well located. It is right across the street from the beach and beside the grocery store. The parking behind the hotel is good and easily accessible. The pool area is nice and feels quite tropical.
Amazing view of the beaches in Laguna Beach, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Very peaceful area to live in. I highly recommend spending a few days there for total relaxation!
Location on the beach is why I booked the hotel. The breakfast was ok but drinks limited to coffee and tea. Nowhere on the property could I get a Diet Coke. Staff friendly.
Amazing hotel, perfect for a little getaway. It's a relaxing place with a nice pool and a private sauna. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly.
Sal is a friendly owner, accommodating. Having a beach five minutes away is amazing. Short drive to the Laguna Beach town :) Big soft beds! Enjoyed that.
