Breakfast was fine, room locations was right next to vending machines and was a bit noisy through out the Evening, Also the housekeeping staff cleaning cart makes very loud noises early in the Morning when passing through the door, also had a big cockroach in the room near entrance door because it is beside the exit door to parking lot. Other wise, all was okay, bed comfy and liked the patio on first floor.

The facility was clean, very comfortable and accommodating. The patio and back yard were private with a nice barbeque grill. Overall, it was very well maintained and equipped. The garage was clean and not cluttered. Loved the baseball game on the wall. I would certainly consider renting again if I return to the area as the location is close to many of the areas we enjoyed.

We avoided the toll roads and found it easy to travel to Honeymoon Island, Weeki Wachee Springs and Ellie Schiller State Park where we saw Florida native animals and manatees. There were plenty of other attractions and I would return to Holiday as it was convenient for restaurants, shopping and beaches

The room was great & the pool was clean.
The room was great & the pool was clean.
We went to Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs and Holiday.
Getting around Holiday is easy.
The lines for check in / check out / payments were long with a wait time due to weekly rental customers who were all paying for their rooms and had to be there by a certain time.

Room stunk of cigarettes, floor dirty hasn’t been cleaned in quite awhile, toilet and shower I wouldn’t sit on toilet or put my feet in the bathtub , bed certainly wouldn’t lay there, blanket full of wholes From cigarettes, even the clerk checking guest in was smoking in front of everyone, people there very low class if they had any very bad, am not a snob but days inn, best western, holiday inn motels like that are 100% better than this place. Saying horrible just doesn’t do justice that’s how bad it was, I ckd in saw the room and went and ckd right back out didn’t stay wouldn’t stay and I certainly won’t tell anyone about it or recommend it ever.

The hotel value pet and I am a pet lover, poop everywhere.
The hotel value pet and I am a pet lover, poop everywhere. The rooms smell like dead fur. The bathroom wall was damage from opening the door why not get a door stop. No smoke alarm - pool lock early - because I am assuming weekly renters. The customer services was confuse and waited 45 minutes before check in. No toilet papers had to asked. towels smells. No control of incoming or outgoing.

I was in town for a death in the family.
I was in town for a death in the family. My parents had lived in this area for about 30 years. Not sure why they chose this part of FL to live. This has always been a rather dreary, depressed area. Tarpon Springs is the only high point.

The pool was beautiful, the room was nice, but dated.
The pool was beautiful, the room was nice, but dated. Overall very roomy and comfortable. Alot of people live there, but all were nice and polite to my wife and I. The manager was always walking the property.most of the staff were nice. Would have been nice if the restaurant and lounge were open, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We read alot of bad reviews, but those people must not have stayed in the same place. The Americana diner is right down the road and you can't beat their breakfast and dinner --- a great 50s diner. We will definitely come back again .Great location
The staff was awesome, especially Bill. We stayed 3 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned and get fresh towels each day, but we did. I asked for a quiet, safe room and got exactly that. Make sure you go to Tarpon Springs and get some great Greek food, especially the pastries.
Our ladies came for a conference, they were very satisfied with the hotel. It was nice to have a real breakfast. The check in was a little chaotic, but the person checking us in were very helpful and patient.
Going to sleep! And getting up in morning to leave ac broke it was leaking water from unit and hot in the room, it was one of the rooms that were not remodeled in back of hotel facing parking lot..
Clean, comfortable home overlooking the water of Lake Conley. Accommodated our family of six. The pool is serviced and the home is just a short drive from Tarpon Springs and Anclote Gulf Park.
The location was fine ; breakfast was cheap and unappetizing. I had coffee and went out for breakfast.
I did like the provisions for handicap parking, as well as parking for veterans.
I liked that the hotel locked completely down because it's in a bad location. Place looks nice its just the staff and cleaning crew that need replacing
